The Collective is everyone building their own thing alongside us: owners, tradespeople, makers, traders, pastors, and families who want their work to carry a purpose beyond profit. There is no membership card. There is a road, and people on it.
Mission
To gather people who are building something real and want it to bless someone. We share what we learn, in the open, so that skill turns into stewardship faster together than it does alone.
The Collective is not a program. It is the body the other two tribes serve: the Donor Advisors help its members give with a plan, and the Cohort shows one model of disciplined work carried out in public.
Vision
A generation of owners who fund their strongest years into causes they love, who know the tools, and who teach the next family down the road how to do the same.
We picture the Collective as a field being tilled by many hands: each person working their own plot, sharing water, and giving the first of the harvest back.
Ethos
Everything that passes through us is meant to bless. We love the work of tilling the fields, and we give the first of every harvest back to the Lord, gladly, as each of us has decided in our own hearts, because God loves a cheerful giver.
No hype, no gurus. Just joy in the work, faithfulness with a little, and a heart to sow. The faith is ours to share; the door is open to everyone, and belief is never a condition.
Passion
We have watched what happens when a business owner discovers they can give on purpose rather than by reflex. Their whole posture changes. That moment is what the Collective exists to multiply.
We are also a family that knows adoption homes and recovery from the inside. The places that held us are where our giving goes first, and many in the Collective carry a place like that of their own.
How the Road Is Walked
