Privacy Policy

What we collect, who it goes to, and how to switch the advertising part off. Last updated 21 August 2026.

What you give us

When you join a waitlist, apply, register for a challenge, request a class, or contact us, we collect what you type into the form — typically your name, email address, and sometimes a phone number and a few details about your trading experience and goals. We also store, alongside your submission, the page you submitted it from, your browser user-agent, and the same random browser identifier used by our analytics — which means a submission can be linked to the pages that browser viewed here. We use all of this to reply to you, to run the programme you asked about, and to send related email you can unsubscribe from at any time.

What we collect automatically

We run our own analytics. For each page view we record, as an individual row, the page visited, the referring page, a coarse location derived from your connection (country, region, city and an approximate coordinate), basic device information (mobile or desktop, browser, operating system), any campaign tags in the link you followed, and a random identifier stored in your browser so repeat visits can be recognised as the same browser. Our own analytics records do not include your IP address. These are kept as individual records, not only as totals. When you submit a form we also store a one-way hash of your IP address with that submission, which we use to detect abuse.

Google Analytics

This site also includes the Google tag, which sends Google Analytics the pages you view here, the link you arrived from, your approximate location and device, and a random identifier stored in cookies in your browser, so repeat visits can be recognised as the same browser. We use it to understand which pages are useful. Google receives your IP address as part of that request and uses it to derive your approximate location; Google states that it does not log or store it in Analytics. We do not send Google your email address, your name, or anything you type into a form, and no form submission is reported to Google from our servers. Session recording (Microsoft Clarity)

This site includes Microsoft Clarity, which does more than count visits: it records your session so we can play it back. That recording captures the pages you visit, your mouse movement, clicks and taps, how far you scroll, and the layout of the pages as you saw them, along with your approximate location, device and browser. We use it to find the places where the site is confusing or broken — dead clicks, rage clicks, and errors — and it is also aggregated into heatmaps. It is switched off entirely on our private and passphrase-protected pages, which are never recorded.

We do not use it to identify you. According to Microsoft’s documentation, Clarity masks the content of form input fields in all of its masking modes, and we do not switch that masking off. Please still treat it as a recording of your visit. It is switched off entirely by the same control below, and Microsoft processes what it receives under Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.

Advertising, the Meta Pixel, and the Conversions API

We advertise on Meta’s platforms (Facebook and Instagram). This site includes the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta which pages you viewed here and whether you submitted a form, and which sets cookies in your browser. When you submit a form we also report that submission to Meta directly from our servers, through Meta’s Conversions API, because browser-based measurement is frequently blocked. Only form submissions are sent this way — ordinary page views are not.

The server-side events include more than the browser ones. When you submit a form we send Meta: an irreversible cryptographic hash of your email address, and of your name and phone number where you provided them; the Meta cookie identifiers from your browser; the page address you submitted from; and your IP address and browser user-agent, which are sent to Meta unhashed because Meta uses them to match the event to an account. We do not send Meta your raw email address, the content of anything you wrote to us, or any information about money or trading accounts.

Meta uses this both on our behalf and for its own purposes, as an independent controller of the data it receives — for that part, see Meta’s Privacy Policy. Under some laws, including California’s, sending hashed identifiers to Meta for advertising counts as sharing personal information. We do not sell your personal information, and other than the providers listed below and Meta as described here, we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Turning advertising measurement off

Use the control below. It stops all of it — the Meta Pixel, the Google tag and Microsoft Clarity will not load in this browser, nothing is requested from Meta, Google or Microsoft, none of them sets a cookie, no session recording is made, and your form submissions will not be reported to Meta from our servers either. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat that as an opt-out automatically, with no action needed from you.

Please note that browser content blockers and the industry opt-out pages stop the browser tags only; they cannot stop server-side reporting. The control below is the one that stops all of it. Neither we nor you can recall data Meta or Google has already received.

Who else sees your information

We use service providers to run the site and communicate with you: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (database), and Resend (email). They process this information on our behalf under their own terms. Google and Microsoft are covered in their own sections above: like Meta, they also use what they receive for their own purposes under their own terms, and not solely on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and application records are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Individual analytics records are retained for 365 days and then deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can object to our use of your information for advertising. Contact us at hello@kingdomportfolios.com and we will action it, wherever you live. This site is operated from the United States and aimed at a United States audience. Depending on where you live you may still have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA. We can act on the information we hold; we cannot delete on your behalf information already held independently by Meta, and you should use the Meta link above for that.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
