At the centre of the Collective sits the Cohort: twelve savants, the traders, managers, and developers of the KP floor, running one disciplined model together on the company’s own accounts. It is a floor, not a fund. No seat is offered here, no seat involves contributing capital, and no seat is ever bought.
Mission
To show, over time, what disciplined, floor-safe work looks like when it is carried out by a small team that keeps its word to itself: pre-set risk limits, measured results, and whatever the floor yields, the first of it given back.
The Cohort trades the company’s own money and no one else’s. We do not manage accounts, we do not take investors, and we do not sell signals.
Vision
Twelve people who trust each other with a shared floor and a shared rulebook, whose work, when it bears fruit, funds the giving of the whole house, and whose example shows a few more owners that a demanding craft can be done as unto the Lord, with an open hand.
What the floor produces is not the point. Where it flows is.
Ethos
One model, walked together, out in the open, in service to the Body of Christ. We measure before we believe, we cut what fails its own test, and we would rather report a negative result honestly than a good one loosely.
The floor is proprietary because that is what keeps it clean: no outside money means no outside promises.
Passion
We think this is a genuinely joyful way to work: a small team, a hard craft, a shared purpose, and a harvest that leaves the building on purpose. The joy is in the work, not in the number.
The Cohort also answers a question we hear from owners in the Collective: what does it look like to hold a demanding skill and an open hand at the same time?
How the Road Is Walked
- The Cohort is not open for applications and does no recruiting. Its members are company personnel, and there is no path to a seat that involves money.
- What is open is the road that leads toward it: our free stewardship-trading education, built for anyone, with belief never a condition.

- The floor is meant to be grafted, not joined. Our roadmap for building a floor of your own, the way we built ours, is shared as a Graft: Donor Advisors get first cut, the Collective is next in line. Interest beyond the twelve is poured there, on purpose.
